Businesses that instruct Taylor Torrington Inc give the firm information about the people and businesses that owe them money: names, contact details, invoices, amounts and payment history. Automation, including AI models, reads the documents a business hands over, sends routine emails from approved templates (an AI model may add a short paragraph of context, which is checked before sending), reads and sorts the replies of the people who owe money, such as a dispute, a payment claim or a proposed payment plan, and checks proposed payment arrangements against the business’s limits.
