1. The business uploads its invoices and documents and reviews the organised handover, with missing details flagged. Documented, undisputed debts under 6 months overdue can be handed over.
2. Once the business authorises the handover, CHASR AI emails the people who owe money from approved templates that name Taylor Torrington Inc and the business and say they are automated: at most 4 chasing emails in any 30 days, at least 3 days apart, between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday, and never on Sundays or South African public holidays.
3. A dispute pauses chasing on the disputed invoices while the business gives its side. A claim that the debt was paid pauses chasing while the payment is checked against the bank account; a screenshot never counts as payment. A complaint pauses all contact and goes to an attorney.
4. A payment plan or settlement within the limits the business set is agreed; anything outside them goes to the business to decide, or, if the business chose this, is declined with an offer its limits allow.
5. If nobody has responded by day 42, or nothing has been paid or agreed 120 days after first contact, a person at Taylor Torrington Inc reviews the account.
6. A verified payment that clears the balance closes the account and stops every reminder.
