The service
CHASR AI collects overdue, undisputed debts for businesses in South Africa before any court proceedings. The client hands over invoices and sets the limits for discounts and payment plans; the people who owe the money are contacted by email within those limits; payments are checked and reported to the client. Attorneys of Taylor Torrington Inc run and supervise each collection. Automation, including AI models, reads the documents a business hands over, sends routine emails from approved templates (an AI model may add a short paragraph of context, which is checked before sending), reads and sorts the replies of the people who owe money, such as a dispute, a payment claim or a proposed payment plan, and checks proposed payment arrangements against the business’s limits. A person at Taylor Torrington Inc deals with anything outside those limits, every dispute and concern, and any step that needs an attorney. How a collection runs.
